The guilds set up is unlike any other guild I have seen so far so there might be a bit of confusion in to it, so I hope this explains it.
(Note: We had to use alot of abbreviation to make every thing fit, and at the end I will post what means what. (For the slower players.))
Omega BELOW OMEGA IS:
Drk Lord - Lit Lord BELOW DRK/LIT LORD IS:
Drk Gen. - Lit Gen. BELOW DRK/LIT GEN. IS:
Drk Cap. - Lit Cap. BELOW DRK/LIT CAP. IS:
Drk App. - Lit App. BELOW DRK/LIT APP. IS:
Chosen Abbreviations: Drk = Dark / Lit = Light / Gen. = General / Cap. = Captain / App. = Apprentice
More About The Ranks:OK, to clear up some confusion about the ranks the guild is broken up into into different sides: a dark side and a light side. The reason for this is every power has a good side and a bad side, but even thought there are two sides to the guild we still work as a whole team. There is a chain of command. Chosen really don't have to listen to any one but Omega and Apprentices. Apprentices on the other hand, have to listen to
EVERYONE above them that is on there side. So say if a Lit Captain tells a Drk Apprentice to go do something. The Drk Apprentice doesnt have to lesson to them at all. BUT is a Drk Captain tells a Drk Apprentice to do something then they have to do it. The system works pretty much like a ladder system where you have to listen to all the higher ranks above you.
Now For The Chosen:Chosen are the people who just enter the guild and haven't picked a side yet. Chosen get to pick there side upon joining, but after that if you don't pick the next time you log on you will be forced in to the side with less people in it or I'll just flip a coin if both sides are even, but if you do chose, pick wisely cause once you pick you cannot change your mind, unless there are some Light to Dark ratio issues of course.
Apprentices:Apprentices don't really have much of a job, but to try to recruit for there side once Chosen arrive, other then that all you need to do is stay out of trouble and learn the AIP way.
Captains:Well all you need to do is keep the Apprentices in line 'till they learn the ways of the guild. Not really much you can say about here.
Generals:OK, this is where the REAL work comes in here you will be the eye and ears of the Lords when they are away. General's who don't up hold there place will be deranked. You are watched VERY carefully.
Lords:Lords have all the powers as a guild leader, but once a Lord missuses their power, all their privileges will be stripped, and the Ex-Lord will have to earn them back one by one.
Ways To Rank Up:1) Donate A Lot Of AP, I Don't Mean Like 1 AP Per Week, I Mean More Like 5-10 AP Per Week
2) Being Nice And Active, Helping Out Newer Guildies (Sometimes the older ones need help too..)
3) PvP Battle, If You FEEL You Are Ready To Rank Up, But Your Lord Doesn't Think So You Have The Right To Challenge One Person In A 2 Out Of 3 Match. If You Win 2 Times, You Will Be Ranked Up. But If You Lose You Won't Be Able To Rank Up For At Least 2 Weeks Shorter If You're On Good Behavior.
4) Recruiting People, This One Won't Stay Very Long Cause Once We Get The Guild Full, There Will Be No Need For This One. To Rank Up This Way, You Need To Bring In At Least 5 Members Into The Guild And Have Them Say That You Brought Them In.
5) Being A High Level. If You Are Very High (75+) You May Be Given Captain Or General Status Free. This Varies However.
The 'UEB'UEB Is The Upon Entry Bonus. This Means That If, Upon Entry, A New Member Donates AP, Their Rank From Chosen Will Be +1. For Example, A Member With UEB Was To Be Apprentice, Will Be Captain.
Free Capt. StatusUpon Times Of Slow Recruiting, We Give Out Free Captain Status To New Members So They Gain The Ability To Recruit.
